Since December 10, 2018, fusionPOINT GmbH has been a wholly owned subsidiary of amasol AG Munich. Thereby, our customers benefit from the experience of an enlarged team of specialists with many years of know-how and world-class solutions for technology business management. In the future, we will continue to use both established solutions for business service: CA Business Service Insight (CA BSI) and Apptio Digital Fuel ITBM. CA BSI focuses on service level management and service reporting. The Apptio platform also supports CIOs in planning with detailed cost analyses for IT environments.
