amasol not only provides support for the design, development, installation and implementation of IT management solutions but upon request also for operating software solutions on premises at its customers location. This includes maintenance services for the monitoring and analysis systems as well as taking responsibility for these management systems during the whole software life cycle.

Being specialists in ITIM, APM, TBM and ITOA solutions the amasol experts take care for the secure operation of these solutions based on a customized service and support plan and assist the customer specifically in his goal to reduce costs. In addition, amasol takes away the burden from its customers to maintain specific skills that only rarely will be used.
