Merger of amasol und fusionPOINT

München, Dec 06th, 2018 – amasol AG, Munich-based expert for agile IT-Management-Solutions and fusionPOINT GmbH, specialist for automized Service Level Management will merge and henceforth offer its customers the market-leading solutions for Technology Business Management (TBM) from one source. Under the umbrella of amasol AG they continuously further expand their leading position as experts for IT-Service-Quality and IT-Cost-Management.

By end of December 2018, all details of the merger should be finalized. The joint customer base of national and international corporations will profit from the profound experience of the extended team of specialists, as fusionPOINT employees will complement amasol´s TBM-team.

Thus from now on, two leading System Integrators will be united under one roof.
Amasol´s future portfolio will consist of the market-leading solutions for Business Service Management: CA Business Service Insight (CA BSI) and Apptio Digital Fuel. CA BSI is focusing on Service Level Management and Service Reporting. In addition to that Apptio’s platform supports CIOs in planning and analyzing budget as well as cost of today’s IT environments.
