As co-founder and board member of amasol Stefan Deml is responsible for defining amasol’s corporate strategy as well as for all pre-sales activities and the selection of best-of-breed vendor solutions.
Prior to founding amasol in 1999, he acquired comprehensive experience in designing and implementing IT management solutions as a freelance consultant. The foundation for this work was laid when he studied computer science with focus on integrated IT management.
During the last more than ten years Mr. Deml has escorted numerous customers – e.g. one of the leading Germany car manufacturers or a federal authority with one of Germany’s largest IT environments (160,000 PCs, 10,000 servers, three high-performance data centres) – on their way from defining the requirements through solution selection and design, implementation and transfer of undertakings to the ongoing further development of the implemented systems. In addition, he is regularly called in by customers as a solutions architect for developing new IT strategies and concepts, for example for an end user experience monitoring feasibility study for a large service provider. Thanks to his good sense for what is feasible, his pragmatic solution approaches are highly appreciated by both customers and vendor partners.
In his spare time he is a passionate skier and goes on mountain bike trips. In addition, he is an active member of the life guard division at his home town Bad Wiessee, Bavaria.
In 1999, Thomas Dirsch provided the initial impetus for founding amasol. As a co-founder and board member he is responsible for finance and post-sales as well as the IT infrastructure management business unit.
After finishing his computer science studies at Technical University of Munich he worked as a freelance consultant concentrating on the development and implementation of IT management solution concepts.
His focus at amasol is on the design and the architecture of network fault and performance management solutions. For this subject Mr. Dirsch is recognised as one of the most experienced experts in the German-language market being involved in the implementation of network performance management systems at about half of the DAX 30 companies. Based on this experience he is the central point of contact especially for amasol’s IT infrastructure management customers for the design of customised solutions as well as for implementation, consulting, migration planning and trainings.
In his spare time he works on hardware handicrafts and does sports.
Frank Jahn started to work for amasol in 2003 and since then has been working in various sales and marketing positions. At the beginning of 2010 he was assigned to the board of management and took over the responsibility for business development and new customer business.
After finishing his studies in economics Frank Jahn worked in the IT service management area for companies such as INTEGRATA business consulting and Hewlett-Packard Software.
As director of business development he managed to expand the amasol customer base by several major accounts as well as the expansion of the partnerships with the amasol vendor partners, especially Dynatrace. At this moment the South America and opera fan is significantly participating in the setup of the new amasol IT Operations Analytics business unit.
