What data is processed and how long is it stored?
The following data is mandatory for participation in a Workbench event: title, first name, surname, company, e-mail address. This information is collected when registering for the event via https://www.amasol.de/events and stored by us for the further processing of the event and for follow-up questions. Providing your telephone number is voluntary.
After the event, you can revoke your consent to data storage at any time by contacting amasol.
In order to participate in the event, it is necessary for you to consent to the processing.
Information about further events & product news
We would also like to keep you informed about workshops and product news after the event. We ask for your consent to this when you register for one of our digital workshops via https://www.amasol.de/events; participation is not possible without your consent.
You can revoke your consent at any time at the end of each e-mail.
Data transfer to sponsors of the event
The digital amasol Workbench series is also made possible by the contributions of various sponsors. We share the following data with our sponsors so that you can easily stay in contact with the relevant experts after the event: Title, surname, first name, company, e-mail address, Workbench event attended.
We ask for your separate consent to this data transfer; without your consent, participation in a Workbench event is not possible. After the event, you can revoke your consent to be contacted by the respective partners/sponsors at any time.
Subcontractors and sub-processors
We have commissioned service providers and sub-processors to carry out the Workbench series. Where necessary, agreements on order processing or EU standard data protection clauses have been agreed with these service providers.
Careful selection of service providers is a matter of course for us as part of our information security strategy.
