However, especially in complex and heterogeneous enterprise IT environments, this is a challenge. In this masterclass we will show what role synthetic user experience monitoring and GUI-based, functional testing play in achieving this goal and how synergies of an integrated solution approach for Dev and Ops can be implemented - not only for in-house developed applications, but also for SAP, Citrix, MS Teams and other commercial / SaaS applications and any desktop-strategy (desktop/laptop, VDI, cloud-based VDI, …).
